How is performance for you?

I'm trying to figure out if I do something wrong or how to configure settings for this to be fluid, is it possible?
I have 13900K, RTX 4090, 32 gb ram, nvme and game stutters a bit in VR

I played this mod a while ago on 5800x and 4090, it is very hard to get consistent 120 fps. The mod is heavily cpu bottlenecked. I ended up using forced 60 fps with motion smoothing and it ran very stable. You could try 90 fps
