Was very excited to try it out, but there seems no way to get Locker to run by following the instructions on http://lockerproject.org/ or any 'fast'/'detailed' way here.

This project looks very interesting but hasn't had any commits in 5 months and doesn't seem to have a functional demo. Is it still under active development?

Development by Singly has forked into https://github.com/singly/hallway/,
which is a multi-tenant version of the Locker. As a result, the Locker is
unmaintained until someone wants to pick up the torch.

@kristjan Please put that info in the readme! You'll save people a lot of time trying to figure out if this is an abandoned project and where the effort is going these days.
