Description:
Create an API endpoint to fetch responses based on user queries.

Tasks:

Define the API endpoints and request/response formats.
Implement the backend logic to query on user input.
Develop error-handling mechanisms for invalid requests or database errors.
Write unit tests to ensure the API functions as expected.
