New Apple TV and Home Pod firmware v. 18.0

Hi,
Thursday Apple released the new firmware 18.0 for Home Pod and Apple Tv (also iPhone).

For some users this leads to connection issues due to the change of an already paired fabric.
It is something related to ACL like here:

We found out that removing the resumption record (technically difficult solution) solves the problem.

Also resetting Matterbridge and pair it again solves the problem but of course you will loose all the controller configuration.

We will post here what we discover and eventually how to fix it when Apollon77 will find a different way.

How to remove the resumption records:

Make a backup copy of the matterbridge.json.

Edit the matterbridge.json

sudo nano ~/.matterbridge/matterbridge.json

find the "Matterbridge.SessionManager" section.

edit in this way

"Matterbridge.SessionManager": {
  "resumptionRecords": []
 },

then save the edited file with CTRL-X and confirm.

Restart matterbridge.

If you have more then one Apple TV or Home Pod, you get better results setting to disabled "Automatic Selection" in "Home Setting", "Home Hubs & Bridges". Once "Automatic selection" is disabled, select your Apple Tv if you have one or any of your Home Pod. In this way you should not have anymore more then one session for fabric.
