Bing image search/interpretation doesn't work in some regions (France, UK, others?)

Bing image search returns usable data in US, Canada, and Latin America, but from other areas it doesn't ... very likely due to how Bing serves image data. See this discord link: link

lute/bing/routes.py has code that parses the Bing response into usable Lute data.

To reproduce (I haven't tried this yet): Try connecting via VPN to a different country, do image search, check the results.

Hello, I'm having this issue too since I installed Lute for the first time yesterday.

I'm based in France, I've tried using a VPN connection using IP addresses in Canada, USA and Mexico. USA and Mexico worked, but still didn't function with Canada.
