Description

The repo has already too many files. Let's put some order here by creating folders.

Requirements

Things you need in order to complete the issue.

Change where to look for dependencies in the main.py file.
Change Dockerfile

Acceptance Criteria

Criteria that must be met in order to close the issue successfully.

An src folder contains the minor python scritps.
An mlops folder contains the mlops files (docker, requirements, aws...
The training job can be launched without problems
