NSA "COTTONMOUTH" cords ( https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/85/NSA_COTTONMOUTH-I.jpg ) and things like it ( https://shop.hak5.org/collections/mischief-gadgets/products/o-mg-cable , not affiliated ) are within the scope of Killer.

Curious of how to detect these things.
