Update icon is green but the update fails. Uninstalling and Re-Installing wastes a huge amount of time, because tons of settings have to be redone.

I uninstalled Fooocus and re-installed it, so now I have the new version 2.4.1. Now I have to reset various things. This happens way too many times sadly.

The same thing happened with A1111, updates failed, often the entire packaged failed, and only after uninstall and reinstall did I get the new version, which is a lot faster and all around much improved.

Foocus and A111 are fine, after all this note was written a long time ago. However, ComfyUI, updates have been failing for many months now. So I guess I need to uninstall it and then reinstall. I hardly use it so I have not been motivated to do this.
