Draw circles as social distances indicators

Each circle indicates a perimeter around each point

Circles radius can be set on the visualization panel as a slider above the list of all points

This is a bit similar to the Delaunay triangulation #17

We may want to visualize in the panel if points are too close (e.g. distance is 2 times the radius)
