Need to limit characters allowed for Heat map name to those allowed in GUI Builder and provide an error message stating problem if they don't match or replace invalid characters with valid ones.

Current error message:
Exception in HeatmapDataGenerator.createTnHeatmapImg: javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't create an ImageOutputS

Again this has always been there and is not related to the latest release. We are using Galaxy's available XML sanitizers to the best of their ability.

This is the same issue with cut and pasted emoji characters. We will not fix for this BUT we will standardize all sanitizers.
