Drawio is nice but requires a lot of additional maintenance work.

Create a script

Read Jupyter notebook
Extract section headers
Create a summary
Create a dot file

Can Mermaid help there?

Maybe Diagrams as Code with Python is also a viable option, but I would assume that Mermaid would be more in-line with the idea of the playbooks.
