Time issue

Hi,

I have a problem with timestamps assigned to POE records! There are a lot of patients that have some POE records before they were admitted. For example, POE ID "10072153-20" takes place at "2175-01-20 00:13:03," but the patient was admitted at "2175-01-20 01:41:44"!

Another issue exists in the TRANSFERS and POE tables. For example, hadm_id=27688774 has multiple transfer records in the TRANSFERS table which don't have corresponding related records in the POE table. It seems that there are two incorrect records (transfer_id=33750353 and 30925540).
They occurred between "2157-03-21 17:40:30" and "2157-03-21 18:23:44"! There were two transfers within just 40 minutes!
Are they inconsistency issues or they're routine?

I think it's fairly routine; maybe POE orders when the patient is in the ED, or something similar. It might be more unusual if the difference is on the order of days.
