The app appears to start hitching on scroll after about a day of uptime. Restarting the app via the android app menu fixes it for about a day but reoccurs again

Phone is a Pixel 9 Pro Fold. See the attached video and logs. The log exported from the app is a bin file so I can't upload it to GitHub and the video is too big
