Redesign MASActionGroup

As implemented, it requires me to update MAS every time I want to support a new module, which is not ideal (especially if someone wants to tie MAS AG to a mod that I don't use).
I should redesign it to be more tightly coupled to reflection, although that's going to mean a higher technical requirement for the prop designer.
