Add support for output of sorbed concentrations for GWT

There is no way to access calculated sorbed concentrations. They can be calculated manually from dissolved concentrations and sorption parameters, but this is not convenient. It should be possible to save sorbed concentrations to a binary file (with the same format as heads and concentrations) and access sorbed concentrations as observations.
