Improve the user interface for setting relative time triggers!

It's a bit hard to set up relative time triggers using the current interface.

It would be helpful to add a feature that lets you easily set up relative time triggers for different days and times all in one intervention tab page.

This story needs some refinement i.e. a sketch of the envisaged interface.

This issue is postponed for the time being.
We would need a dedicated meeting to solve the issue of all types of scheduling. (including both relative and absolute triggers)
