The Business Process Canvas is a strategic business process management tool. It allows you to describe, design, challenge and communicate a business process.
A business process canvas is a high-level visual representation of the actual business process.
Print PDF template and start to add notes to the predefined areas.
(optional) Archi Modelling Tool for using the interactive canvas template.
To install the canvas in Archi (https://www.archimatetool.com/), load the canvas template:
- Download or clone repository.
- Import template: New > Canvas From Template... > Manage [Templates] > Add Template... > Locate file 'bpc.archicanvas'
When used in combination with the Business Model Canvas, the key activities could be used to derive business processes.
- Print canvas or use Archi template
- Define 'Process name'
- Continue to discuss, define or evaluate values for each area.
