Stuck at waiting for device

so im currently using linux lubuntu, and i git clone to bypass utility and also move the payload inside of it, but the terminal says "waiting for device" and i also hold the vol + & vol - before inserting usb cable. and the soc is currently supported, sorry bad english also im noob on it btw. thanks in advance for response :0

It worked yesterday night but could not disable protection Now it is just stuck. Any help would me much appreciated.
