feat: improve cleanup after integ test #238

atm after the integ test we need to

empty and remove the S3 bucket manually
delete the log groups

via custom python scripts. Do this this with cdk.

Ideas

autoDeleteObject for S3
logGroups removalPolicy: (logs): delete associated log group when stack is deleted aws/aws-cdk#11549 (comment)
