I have just reinstalled fresh 2024H2 Windows 11 and got this issue.
When I go to options -> Color Profiles I can create HDR profile and it works fine.
When trying to create SDR profile, I get this message:
There are no displays available are in SDR mode. Please deactivate HDR first.
Even though my display is in SDR mode.
What could be the issue?
