Describe the application

Looking for suitable solutions/tools for writing Data Management Plans we are interested in testing a tool called: Data Stewardship Wizard. (https://ds-wizard.org/)

As far as I’m informed we could do our own implementation of the tool but therefore we need to deploy a Docker container.

Fixed Rabbitmq service account issue.

Need to fix data stewardship server application .yml
