Add another method for getting wish history link on PC

Will create a PR if approved, but there is an easier way (no powershell) to get a wish history link
Navigate to the GenshinImpact_Data -> Cache -> webCaches -> [most recently modified folder] -> cache_2
go to end of cache_2 and copy paste everything from the last instance of 1/0/ to the end

PC works, MAY work on android (I don't know how Genshin stores files over there and my emulator for it broke)
