[bug] 'Archive All Read Messages' button covered by hover tooltip

This prevents the button from being pressed unless you're quick and hit the button before the tooltip appears on top.

This doesn't appear with the default theme, which shows the tooltips below the item they are referencing. I (think) some margins or positioning around .bp_PopperTooltip will fix this, but I lack the time to dig through the code right now (thus the bug report!)

Thank you for this theme. It's quite nice!
