Ooh Hi @michaelbontyes, been in discussions with the ozone team, specifically on how to overide the default variable and the Favicon. The major challenge is getting these two to esm core at https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-esm-core/blob/886629e665c26749aba4b0f6da2163405f33cc6e/packages/shell/esm-app-shell/webpack.config.js and but hope to be done this week. Ian told me this is not currently possible in 03 / Ozone. So I created a Ticket at https://openmrs.atlassian.net/browse/O3-3903

Following discussions with the Ozone Team, i did a draft PR here for discussions openmrs/openmrs-distro-referenceapplication#844
