Deployment for Preview Chain

There's a new testnet named 'preview chain' for experiencing new features of the next hardfork. It would be helpful if data from the preview chain could be visualized, thus an explorer for it is desired.

Describe the solution you'd like

Deploy an explorer for the preview chain, which can be delivered in phases. Initially, we can use the node-connect mode for basic visualization. When the demands grow, the backend services can be attached.
