CGA mode implemented

damn, this was actually really easy, I copied so much code from the PCjr/Tandy side of things, it's actually pretty funny.
Unfortunately it did still have many minor changes, so I couldn't just use the same procedures. Maybe there is some way to do it, but I'm obviously not aware of one. Nor do I particularly care.
