Describe the bug

/etc/MailScanner/defaults has a section for "ScamNailer"
http://www.scamnailer.info does not seem to be what it was.
Found a bug report in 2021 for clamav-unofficial-sigs about scamnailer being closed down extremeshok/clamav-unofficial-sigs#365

Can ScamNailer be cleaned up from MailScanner?
