Create an invoices page

For the invoices page, show an example of how an administrator might see a list of invoices with search and filter. Paid, unpaid, ability to send new invoice, or click on an invoice to see details

This repo is no longer maintained. I moved on to a new job writing JavaScript and even the initial design work was never completed on this project. I'm no longer working on this project, but if I was I would go about handling the architecture, UX design, and project management very differently now. It's probably best to throw this out and start fresh, beginning with a design of an MVP.
