We currently use a Google doc for instructors to submit new events. The results are then emailed to our events team and somebody copies this information into the event creator. It would be much easier if the form filled out by the instructor was build into the event creator and could create a new draft template for editing and approval.
Ultimately instructor should be able to log in to the event creator with their own accounts so that they can submit upcoming events by choosing from a list of their past events and setting new dates. These dates would add draft events for approval by events team.
