Not sure if somebody already noticed, but built .exe files are detected as trojans by few AV softwares.
Since it is possible that the binary has been replaced by malicious code, I'd suggest that nobody uses it and that the author rechecks and rebuilds it from the clean source.
If the exe files are clean and falsely detected as virus, it should be clearly said in README and on the front page of the repo.
Otherwise, nobody will use it which is probably not what you wanted.

@UserXYZ the build does not seem to work since the makefile references folders that aren't present in the ATC_TLSR_Paper- folder.
If you remove the ATC_TLSR_Paper- folder and clone it from https://github.com/atc1441/ATC_TLSR_Paper
the missing folders will be pulled and you can use make -f makefile to install the binaries.
