It features elements that are not atomic, but rather declarative and reproducible

Examples

Currently :

Open feature requests :

Proposed Solutions

Deprecate all out-of-scope elements (pity)
Do not fix out-of-scope elements (misleading)
Enlarge the scope (rebrand)

The other elements are almost all not declarative, and often not reproducible

See “Immutable” → reprovisionable, anti-hysteresis
