"disable_ligatures" doesn't have effect in local environment

Hello all,

Now I'm learning "text_without LaTex", the "Disabling Ligatures", my local environment is

• Windows 11 OS
• Python 3.12.6
• manim: v0.18.1
• VS Code: 1.95.3

I can play most of the Manim examples so far in this environment without problem, but when try to run this, I don't see the "ligatures" effect, no matter the font_size, see below screen shot, the left is my local VS Code and I run the same code in the right (online Docker container) which is correct ligature shown:
