Current v3 action works, but nodeJS16 is being deprecated by GiitHub.

Describe the solution you'd like

Upgrade runtime to NodeJS 20

Teachability, Documentation, Adoption, Migration Strategy

Uprade GH pipeline from MansaGroup/[email protected] to MansaGroup/[email protected]

What is the motivation/use case for changing the behavior?

Github is deprecating NodeJS16, thus the runtime of the action must be upgrade to NodeJS 20

if we continue to wait, it better be until the 22nd because it will be LTS
