The prefix in the Name is duplicated

in the getcapabilites from tinyows:

http://web.regione.toscana.it/wfsvector/com.rt.wfs.RTmap/wfs?SERVICE=WFS&VERSION=1.1.0&REQUEST=GetCapabilities

I see the prefix in the "name" tag is always duplicated
as example:

idprovince:idprovince:amprovregionamprov

instead of
idprovince:amprovregionamprov

You're right, i've commited without enough checkin related to #19 !!!
I've already noticed it, and plan to go back to something more stable/usable within few days...

I close this ticket, because related to #19 in fact.
