Using DWMBlurGlass without Task Scheduler possibility?

Is there any possible way to use this program without having Task Scheduler service running, I like to have it disabled

Install failed! Error message: rootFolder->RegisterTaskDefinition failed! errcode: 0x80041315

this is error code from when I click install, yes I'm aware that it says that the task scheduler service is not running.

Okay I just figured out I can make myself, auto run batch script which leads to the directory of the DWMBlurGlass.exe with the parameter runhost, also why does it sometimes bug out, and the blur is not seen until I change something in the program and save the config
