Describe the solution you'd like

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Independently set whether or not effects are applied to the app on its windows, like MicaForEveryone
Your reason (tell us why we need it)
Briefly describe your reasons for wanting to do this.
Some applications don't fully support DBG, and trying to apply effects can break their display or even crash DWM (e.g. QQNT)
Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
Disable Override DWMAPI option
