`crossorigin` & `referrerpolicy` attributes missing for some elements #232

The crossorigin and referrerpolicy attributes may currently only be specified on the <layer> element.

I believe they should be allowed for:

<link>
<tile>
<image> (notably this element may be removed: Remove or fully specify the <image> element #216)
