Fix map data source varies by zoom experiment using matchMedia

This experiment has been non-functional for a while because it was too difficult to keep working using the technique that it uses, while maintaining other more important functionality in the viewer. Now that matchMedia is available, we could re-write the experiment with a little metadata on the side to change data source at certain zoom levels, per the original intent.
