Removing underscores and strings from property names

I am trying to reproduce the following functionality from automapper.

RecognizePrefixes(new[] { "str", "int", "dtm", "ysn", "Str", "Int", "Dtm", "Ysn" });
SourceMemberNamingConvention = new LowerUnderscoreNamingConvention();
DestinationMemberNamingConvention = new PascalCaseNamingConvention();

I can get from the DBO to the DTO like so, but cannot figure the reverse:

TypeAdapterConfig<AnimalDBO, AnimalDTO>.NewConfig()
   NameMatchingStrategy(NameMatchingStrategy.ConvertSourceMemberName(name => BadReplace(name)));

private string BadReplace(string name)
{
    return name
        .Replace("str", "")
        .Replace("int", "")
        .Replace("dtm", "")
        .Replace("ysn", "")
        .Replace("Str", "")
        .Replace("Int", "")
        .Replace("Dtm", "")
        .Replace("Ysn", "")
        .Replace("_", "");
}

Has anyone managed to implement those features from AutoMapper? Any tips?
