Physiolibrary 3.0 Fluid package cannot be translated and simulated in Wolfram System Modeler 12.3.1

  • recent Wolfram System Modeler (12.3.1 in 2021) uses Modelica Standard Library 4.0.0
  • all Fluid package examples throw internal error and cannot be translated/simulated:
Internal error: Expression.dimensionSize: Dimension is unknown.
Check failed for model: Physiolibrary.Fluid.Examples.MinimalCirculation

Btw. OpenModelica do not have such problem compiling and simulating the Fluid package. Thus generally it should be reported to Wolfram. However some hotfix or temporary solution from Physiolibrary would be appreciated.
