Not Tagging Whole Library

Having issues with programme tagging my whole library I have 31000 songs and its stops about 2000 in to it. It also starts at the beginning of the list and doesn't skip the tags already tagged even though that is selected. I use Apple Music would be nice if the label info go in to the grouping field.
