NecroEdit v0.02 (Alpha)

Changes in v0.02:

• Added level management panel. This allows creating, removing, duplicating, rearranging and switching between levels
• Fixed a typo in the command line help message (thanks @RedMser!)

(Note for Linux version: SFML 2.3.x, Boost_System and Boost_Filesystem are required)
