I think it's important to enable white-listing only to those actually known, to ensure that the proxy is used only to proxy OPTIMADE requests, and not other (potentially illecit) material.

Regarding how to manage the white list, I suggest to start with a hardcoded list soon for security, and close this issue; and then make the list dynamic as discussed in #1
