能否添加一个退出自动还原系统观设置的功能避免退出之后无法正常浏览网页？ #818

发现直接关闭之后系统代理的设置还在，（电脑重启后）需要修复或者勾选取消系统代理之后才能正常浏览网页，使用V2RAY就没有相关问题，能否在neko里也实现相关功能？
