Add "inbound" and "invert" options for rules

Description suggestions

Currently there's only Application, domain, ip, port, sourcePort, network, source, and protocol available for setting Route Rules. It will be useful to also add inbound and invert options to available options in the app. Alternatively, each Route Rule could have a custom config JSON so user could use the full potential of sing-box route rule options.

Necessity of recommendations

There are a lot of options to use in route rules(https://sing-box.sagernet.org/configuration/route/rule/) but only the above mentioned ones are available to the user.
