Create a (configurable) mail transport decorator.

That is the foundation for advanced mail transport configuration.
Decorators could:

Redirect all mails to another recipient (useful for testing)
Filter mails
Add recipients (for example BCC recpients for archiving)
Route mails to different transports
...
