Create Captcha-Form-Plugin

Build a form factory plugin that injects captchas into created forms.

Requirements:

• Captcha must be configurable
  • Options
  • Captcha element class
• Captcha must be inserted in acceptable position (for example before submit button)

Forms should be able to configure if a captcha is desired. Usually only a subset of the used forms requires such a protection.

Finished plugin. Currently the element class cannot be configured as there is no alternative implementation. Depending on the implementation this might change when #16 is finished.
