I am getting error regarding USB device, if anyone could help? #3

Ubuntu 14.04
AMD Radeon GPU
Dell Laptop
GPU is internal and not any external device.

Following line is the error:
KnC spi: Can not open SPI device /dev/spidev1.0: No such
device or address
