Unhandled exception from Java module when passing an invalid url #211

First encountered when I accidentally used an invalid port. The java module throws an unhandled exception causing the app to crash.

case: http://locala/&.com

React Native version: 0.72.13
Package version: 1.5.8
Device used: Motog 5g | Android 11

There was no unhandled exception on iOS 17.4 simulator
