Motivation

We can use TravisCI for more than just running unit tests and making sure our package builds properly. It can also handle a lot of the tedious work involved in maintaining good development practices we sometimes forget to do. This could include:

  • Ensuring documentation is up to date
  • Making sure the DESCRIPTION file is well organized
  • Testing code coverage
